It usually feeds OK but every once in a while it will go in fits and starts. The problem is usually too much pressure on the nut (maybe a wing nut) that holds the wire spool in place. Increase the pressure only until it is very difficult to stop the wire from feeding out of the contact tip. Use a pliers or block of wood to try and stop the wire from feeding. I liked my welder so much I found one like it for him, but it needs some parts. I know Lincoln did't make it.You need to blow out your cable liner, while your doing this make sure your contact tip is clean and unobstructed. Also make sure that your drive roll tension is not to much, enough to move the wire but not enough to push it when you have the wire held at the gun.Cleanliness in a wirefeed insures problem free usability.
